Pierre Nadeau on Learning à la Japanese

In this interview, swordsmith Pierre Nadeau shares his observations on how learning and knowledge transfer works in Japanese culture, and how it can be observed throughout the country, starting with his own experience as a traditional blacksmith apprentice to modern corporate environments.
